Refund policy

The short version

If your No Dumb End Laser Tape arrives broken, stops working, or isn't what we described, we'll send a free replacement or refund you in full. You have 30 days from delivery to tell us, and you won't need to ship it back.

Damaged, defective or not as described

• Contact us within 30 days of delivery through our contact page.
• Include your order number and a photo or short video showing the problem.
• We'll reply within 2 business days with a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
• You don't need to return the faulty unit.

Changed your mind

If you don't want it, you can return it unused, in its original packaging, within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Contact us first and we'll send you the return address. Don't mail it back without contacting us, because returns go to a different address than the one on your package. Return shipping is paid by you, and we recommend a tracked service.

Package lost or never arrived

Every order ships with tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, or your order hasn't arrived 30 days after shipping, contact us and we'll reship it free or refund you in full.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel for a full refund until your order ships. Contact us as soon as possible. Orders usually ship within 1–3 business days.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to post it.
